Reaching Us on Our Support Email

We will securely, temporarily store the contents of your email inquiry on our servers which can contain your personal information such as email and name. Saved information will be deleted from our servers once the support case is resolved.

The app can, on certain pages, save a screenshot of the fairytale to your Photo library.

Crash Reports

In case you opted in on your device to share analytics, diagnostics, and usage information with Apple, then in case of an app crash, an anonymous crash report might be sent to Apple servers and can be shared with us (the developer). The report will be used solely for the purpose of improving the app.
